Sales and Marketing

Duration:  6 hours plus lunch

Outline: We start by discussing the difference between sales and marketing and then introduce the negotiation concept to show how that fits as well.  We look at the sales process and practice using techniques to achieve results and overcome objections.  Finally we discuss personality types and how to adjust to dealing with different people.

Target Audience: This would suit people who have sales, negotiation or marketing as part of their activities but have had little or no sales training.  It would also be useful for Managers to understand the processes that their staff should be using
